New presentation of the OHADA law at the University of Taipei (China)

We are pleased to inform you that, further to the success of the first presentation, another presentation of the OHADA law took place on April 6, 2009 at the National Taipei University on the theme: « Global law vs. local law: harmonization of laws and legal transplants in Africa and Asia », by Prof. Salvatore MANCUSO, President of Club OHADA China-Macao and UNIDA Representative in Asia. We make a point of recalling that these events are framed in the activities of promotion and divulgation of OHADA law in China, since the promotion of OHADA in China plays a very important role taking into consideration the growing role of CHINA in the economic development of Africa.
