OHADA / ERSUMA / Postponment of the specialized Degrees and Certificates in OHADA Law start

The High Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) hereby informs you about the suspension of the specialization Degrees in OHADA-Law, OHADA Arbitration Certificate and OHADA Mediation Certificate start.

The ground for this suspension is the precautionary principle, essentially based on the recent developments in the global health situation related to COVID-19, which has affected most of the States Parties.

OHADA will come back on the training programs for all intents and purposes.
