Written by Dr. Felix ONANA ETOUNDI, Deputy Magistrate at the OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) and Business Law Teacher at the Catholic University of West Africa (Faculty of Laws-University Unity of Abidjan) and at the International High School of Law (ESID-Abidjan), this textbook, fore worded by Professor Antoine Joachim OLIVEIRA, Magistrate, Vice-President of the CCJA, spotlights the importance and the scope of the case law set by the OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration in the field of forced attribution of third-party debts.
