OHADA publication in CHINA
It is our pleasure to inform you on the publication in CHINA of the OHADA book titled
« the Harmonization of Commercial Laws in Africa and its Advantage for Chinese Investments in Africa » published by the University of MACAU with the cooperation of the Club OHADA CHINA-MACAU, edited by Prof.
Salvatore MANCUSO, Professor of Law in the Universities of MACAU and XIANGTAN, President of the OHADA CHINA-MACAO and Representative of UNIDA in Asia.
The book, with an introduction by the President of UNIDA, Judge
Seydou BA, collects the contributions of the speakers at the OHADA conference held in MACAO on November 27, 2007.
This work will be very useful for the promotion of the law of OHADA in CHINA, as well as to students, academics and to all practitioners desiring to acquire knowledge or to deepen it in relation to the most interesting aspects of the OHADA law seen from a Chinese perspective.
