The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), organises from 18 to 22 June 2018, a training for qualification session on the topic: “public-private partnerships: how to optimize private funding of public infrastructure in Africa”.

This session is to ensure the auditors capacity-building for the legal and technical preparation, the management of public-private partnerships and the private funding optimization of public infrastructure in Africa.

Venue: Cotonou (Bénin)
Duration /dates: Five (05) days, from 18 to 22 June 2018

Target audience: Officers and executives of the public administration, private sector ,professional organizations, development partners, merchant banks, investments funds, stock exchange organizations, management and intermediation companies ( SGI) , donors and international organizations willing to invest in African public projects , lawyers, notaries, accountants and chartered accountants, corporate advisers, tax advisers, .

Trainers:

• Maître Issakha NDIAYE, Lawyer at the Paris Bar. Private law Doctor. Expert in Public-Private Partnership law and public procurement;
• Mr. Valentin YAO, International expert in Public Procurement, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and finance. General Director of Centre International de Management et d'Expertise Financière (CIMEF);
• with the participation of the experts from the West-African Development Bank (BOAD).

Registration requirements:

• Fill and send the registration form to ERSUMA;
• Pay the training costs fixed at 400.000 FCFA.

A discount of 10% will be granted to a group with three registrations from a company or an organization.

Students and postgraduates willing to attend the workshop will be given 40% discount on the training cost subject to proving their status by submitting an application to the Director General of ERSUMA at ersuma@ohada.org, with a scanned copy of the registration certificate.

The training costs cover the equipments and teaching materials, the coffee breaks, lunch during the training. Travel, accommodation and other restoration expenses shall be borne by the participant. For further information on the proposed accommodation, kindly contact us.
