4th Internation Competition Génies en Herbe OHADA: Hypothetical case

The Law Students' Association of Cote d'Ivoire (AEJCI) is pleased to announce the publication of the Hypothetical case (french only) for the pleading exercise of the 4th international competition “Genies en Herbe OHADA”. According to official rules, participants must send to the organizers (olivierlob@ohada.com) their written submissions (Applicant and Respondent) before June 30, 2012. Organizers also point out that the contributions to articles on the theme: “OHBLA and good governance of entreprise” are expected to May 15, 2012. The competition, which aims to become the largest African annual event in Business Law, is supported by:

• Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research;
