The lecture has been delivered by Mr. AKIN AKINBOTE, Barrister, President of the OHADA Nigeria Club and Secretary-General of the Pan African Lawyers Union (PALU). This is the third year running that Akin is participating in the intensive course in International Comparative Company Law at the Institute.
