It is our pleasure to let you know that a Seminar about the OHADA common system of business laws is currently taking place in Kinshasa (DRC), under the auspices of COPIREP, with the support of the World Bank. This seminar gathers approximately 450 lawyers, economists and business entrepreneurs. Three sessions will be organized in the coming weeks; the purpose of the Seminar is to inform and train a large number of prominent lawyers and business people about OHADA and to accelerate the process of the integration of DRC into OHADA, which will constitute an historic achievement for African Law and African unity.
