The CARO Centre team is happy to announce that the Centre is now listed on the Team France Export platform, which brings together “all the public solutions offered by the Regions, State services, Business France, Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Bpifrance to support French companies internationally”.
First and foremost the article highlights the work done by the Guadeloupe Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIIG), project leader of the CARO Centre project, and by the association ACP Legal, partner to the project, who developed the project which today benefits from the European Union development funds under the Interreg V Caribbean programme.
The ACP Legal association is very honored to announce that Sir Dennis BYRON has been appointed President of the Board of the OHADAC Regional Arbitration Centre (the “CARO Centre”), whose services are available since 27 September 2021.
The services offered by the Centre are diverse and flexible.
On Thursday 11 February, Sir Dennis Byron, former President of the Caribbean Court of Justice and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), was invited to give the 2021 Distinguished Lecture at the Eugene Dupuch Law School, Nassau, Bahamas.
ACP Legal et la Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie des Îles de Guadeloupe sont heureux de confirmer la tenue d'un webinaire consacré au Centre d'arbitrage régional OHADAC (CARO) le 23 février 2021, sur le thème « Le Centre d'arbitrage et de médiation régional OHADAC et ses objectifs pour la Caraïbe ».
Lors de ce webinaire seront présentés les services que le Centre CARO offrira à son ouverture, dans la perspective des objectifs poursuivis par cette institution et par l'association ACP Legal, porteuse du projet OHADAC, dans la région Caraïbe.
Cette conférence est organisée par la branche caribéenne du Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, institution anglaise de référence pour la formation des arbitres et des médiateurs, et centre de réflexion et d'innovation en matière de modes alternatifs de résolution des disputes.
