The OHADA Symposium organized by the Business Law Society of the University of Buea (UB) on the 11th of April 2025 at amphi 250 on the UB Campus was a very useful and fruitful opportunity for the promotion of OHADA in Anglophone Cameroon.

Dr. Alexis Ndzuenkeu, Head of the Legal Department of the OHADA Permanent Secretary, presented a paper on how OHADA has guaranteed economic growth in Africa.

You can see Dr. Ndzuenkeu making his presentation , handing over to the UB authorities some OHADA books containing the Uniform Acts and awarding the certificate of excellence to the president of the Business Law Society of the University of BUEA.
