Publication of issue n°3 of the ERSUMA Bulletin on Professional Practice
ERSUMA hereby announces the publication of the third issue of its monthly bulletin called ERSUMA Bulletin on Professional Practice (BEPP). This periodical gives you updates about the OHADA law, the domestic law of Member States, other African community laws and comparative law.
This issue, with several columns including chronicles, case law, national legislation, community legislation and professional practices, provides the reader with practical information on topics such as:
- Alternative dispute resolution: OHADA strengthens its legislative arsenal;
- Advocacy for a right to rescind in the OHADA law on professional lease;
- The expiry of mortgage term under the Congolese law (DRC);
