From the 10 to 12 October 2017 - From 10 AM to 4 PM.
Venue: Pointe-Noire - Hilary Hôtel

Following the success of our Training seminars held in Pointe-Noire and Brazzaville and at the request of the general public, Experts-Mac is organizing a bilingual session on the OHADA Uniform Act on Accounting Law and Financial Information (AUDCIF) adopted to replace the Uniform Act on the organization and harmonization of Companies Accounting. This new act enters into force on 1st January 2018 for the individual accounts and on 1st January 2019 for the consolidated accounts and the IFRS accounts. The new text meets the major expectations of the international economic environment and the needs of actors and professionals in the field. Thus the revised SYSCOHADA moves from a General Accounting to a financial accounting.

The aim of this catch-up session is to respond to the needs of companies in the training of their personnel in order to provide the necessary material to face the major changes and challenges imposed by the new provisions. The seminar will address the changes made in the new OHADA Uniform Act. The seminar's work will focus on the presentation of the major changes and their impact on the presentation of the accounts, the migration from the old system to the new system, which now embraces the foundations of the Anglo-Saxon system. Particular emphasis will be given to the similarities and differences between SYSCOHADA standards and IFRS, accounting and tax restatements and the presentation of financial statements. Similarly, we will analyze examples and practical application cases to illustrate the impact of the new framework on national and international reporting. All our presentation materials will be available in French and English. The presentation will be done by bilingual professionals, specialists in OHADA accounting law.

In Congo, the seminar will take place in Pointe-Noire, ideal city of knowledge and at the front of high demand.
