Publication of the Manual of CCJA's Basic Texts
The Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) of OHADA recently published, with the financial support of the World Bank Group, a compilation of basic instruments used in contentious and advisory matters.
In addition to the Founding Treaty of OHADA, the reader will find several other texts such as the Rules of Procedure of the CCJA, the Internal Rules of the Court in contentious and advisory matters, the Order fixing the dates of hearings, the Decision fixing the costs of documents at the Registry of the CCJA, or the Decision fixing the remuneration, travel and subsistence expenses of Lawyers. These numerous texts are supplemented by the statistical review of CCJA's activities from April 4, 1997 to December 31, 2016.
TheManual may be obtained free of charge at the CCJA headquarters or freely downloaded on line. It will soon be available in English and Portuguese.
