Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso), from 19th to 23rd February 2018: Training for qualifications on corporate governance in OHADA Space
The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) organizes from 19th to 23rd February 2018 at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Burkinabe Living Abroad in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso), a training for qualifications on the topic: “Corporate Governance: duties and synergy of actions among corporate administrators and managers”
The workshop will focus on the:
- Definition and identification of the bases of corporate governance;
- Review of the provisions of the UA on Commercial Companies and Economic Interest Groups (UACCEIGs) relating to good governance and clarification of the roles and actors of corporate governance;
- Identification of internal and external stakeholders of corporate governance ;
- Governance practices assessment and analysis of mechanisms that govern the actions of managers and their liabilities in corporate management;
- Study of the operating mechanisms of corporate bodies, relations among the various bodies and stakeholders;
- Etc.
