In the historic setting of the prestigious Shangri-La hotel, the RIDAA 2014 will welcome international legal and consulting professionals as well as businessmen to discuss the challenges of the African economy, in the presence of prominent experts.

Through interactive roundtable discussions, economists, lawyers, in-house counsels, business leaders and politicians will elaborate on the profile of Africa as a new economic actor and establish the need for pan-African and international trade relations.

Initiated by Lazareff Le Bars, the 2014 edition will be organised in partnership with Jurifis Consult law firm, a Malian leader in the field of international arbitration as well as the law of OHADA, Knight and Johns Management Ltd (KJM), leading Mauritian management company, Tractebel Engineering (GDF SUEZ Group), the Moroccan Investment Development Agency (AMDI) and with the support of the French Association of Corporate Counsel (AFJE), the Planet Workshops (les Ateliers de la Terre) and Afrique Inside.

A concrete tool to gain better insight into Africa's economic issues, the RIDAA was created in order to provide businessmen as well as lawyers wishing to penetrate African markets with a platform for exchange and networking, dedicated to large scale project structuring, both in French-speaking and English-speaking Africa.
