OHADA / ERSUMA / Training for qualification on “Ethics and Deontology of the Jugde and Court Registrar” from June 11 to 15, 2019 in Porto-Novo (BENIN)
The High Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) organizes from June 11 to 15, 2019 a training session for qualifications on: “Ethics and Deontology of the Jugde and Court Registrar”.
Venue: Porto-Novo Head quarter of ERSUMA (Benin)
Duration/dates: Five (05) days, from 11 to 15 June 2019
Target audience: Judges, Court Registrars from courts and tribunals and any other interested person.
Trainers:
- Mr Gilbert Comlan AHOUANDJINOU, High Judge, holder of a doctorate in Private Law and Criminal Sciences, Honorary President of the Judicial Chamber of the Supreme Court of Benin, Coordinator of the future judges' training at the National School of Administration and Judiciary (ENAM);
- Mr Boubacar DIARRAH, High Judge, holder of a doctorate in Private Law, Director in charge of Legal Affairs, documentation and Communication with OHADA;
- Mr Placide GANMAVO, former Chief Clerk of the Court of Cotonou- Judicial officer- Phd student in Private Law.

- Pay the training fees for the training course at 250,000 CFA F
A discount of 10% will be granted to companies or organizations with a minimum of three (3) registrations.
Students and PhD students willing to attend this training shall enjoy a 40% discount on the training fees when they prove their status by sending a request together with a scanned copy of the student registration certificate to the General Director of ERSUMA at ersuma@ohada.org,
The training fees shall cover the training materials and equipments, coffee and lunch breaks on the training days and the cerrtificate. The participant shall bear travel, accommodation and other expenses.
