ERSUMA - OHADA / Training for qualification on business contracts drafting techniques from April 23 to 27, 2019 at the head office of ERSUMA in Porto-Novo (BENIN)
The High Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) organizes from April 23 to 27, 2019 a training for qualifications at the head office of ERSUMA in Porto-Novo on “Business contracts drafting techniques”.
The purpose of this training session is to reinforce the capacities of the attendees in order to optimize contracts drafting for a better preservation of the interests of the stakeholders of business contracts.
Venue: Porto-Novo, head office of ERSUMA (Benin)
Duration/dates: Five (5) days, from April 23 to 27, 2019
Target audiences: Companies'managers; Executives and staff from the ministries in charge of finances and infrastructures; executives and staff from legal departments; lawyers; notaries; executives and staff from admin and finances departments; contract managers; corporate lawyers; lawyers from banks and insurance companies; tax specialists; chartered accountants; auditors; agents from public and private sectors; academics.

- Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Associate professor of Law. General Director of ERSUMA;
- Dr. Wilfrid Éric GONCALVES, holder of a doctorate in private Law. Lecturer at the University of Abomey Calavi. Partner of the Law firm Pothier - Specialized in special agreements. consultant;
- Dr. Boubacar DIALLO, holder of a doctorate in private Law. Associate Manager of the Institute “Groupement d'expertises Carapaces” - strategies and compliances.

- Pay the traning fees of 450,000 FCFA.
A discount of 10% will be granted to companies or organizations with a minimum of three (3) registrations.
Students and PhD students willing to attend this training shall enjoy a 40% discount on the training fees when they prove their status by sending a request together with a scanned copy of the student registration certificate to the General Director of ERSUMA at ersuma@ohada.org,
The training fees shall cover the training materials and equipments, coffee and lunch breaks on the training days and the certificates. The participant shall bear travel, accommodation and other food expenses. For any inquiry about accommodation places, please contact us.
