The Regional Higher School of the Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), is organizing two certification training sessions simultaneously from March 18th - 22nd, 2019 in Saly (Senegal) on the theme: “Training of trainers in andragogical methods”; and in Praia (Cape Verde) on the theme: “Performing the function of judicial representative in collective proceedings for the wiping up of debts“.

Training/T3: Training of trainers in andragogical methods.

Venue: Rhino Resort Hotel & Spa in Saly (Senegal)
Duration/dates: Five (05) days, from March 18th to 22nd, 2019

Target audience: Academics; adult educators; executives and trainers of training organisations/structures; study directors; training directors and managers of public and private adult educational structures; magistrates; solicitors; lawyers; bailiffs; chartered accountants; corporate lawyers; bank lawyers; insurance lawyers; tax specialists; managers and administrators of companies; executives of ministries and other structures in charge of supporting economic operators, entrepreneurship; PhD students.

Training fees: FCFA 400,000

Trainers:

• Mr. Mamadou DIAKHATE, High ranking Magistrate, Director General of the Judicial Training Centre (CFJ) of Dakar;
• Dr. Boubacar DIALLO, Researcher and Lecturer in Business Law at the University Gaston Berger of Saint-Louis, Associate Director at the Institute of Competence Futur Choisi (ICFC);
• Dr. Raymond Bernard AHOUANDJINOU, Researcher and Lecturer at the University of Abomey-Calavi, Adult educator.

Training/T4: Performing the function of judicial representative in collective proceedings for the wiping up of debts.

Venue: Praia (Cape Verde)
Duration/dates: Five (05) days, from March 18TH to 22nd, 2019

Target audience: Legal representatives; magistrates; lawyers; solicitors; judicial experts; registrars and bailiffs; accountants; registrars; bailiffs; judicial representatives; auctioneers; bank lawyers; insurance lawyers; corporate lawyers; trainee judges; academics.

Training fees: FCFA 450,000

Trainers:

• Mr. Mouhamadou Lamine BA, Magistrate, President of the Pikine/Guediawaye Regional Court;
• Mr. Abdoulaye DRAME, Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor. Assignee of collective proceedings.

• Pay the training fees set up as follows: Training/T3: FCFA 400,000 and Training/T4: FCFA 450,000.

A 10 % discount is granted for an organization or a company registration of at least three (03) participants.

Students and the PhD students willing to attend this training will benefit a 40 % discount on the training fees after justifying their status (a scanned copy of student registration certificate in support of the application). All applications shall be sent to the Director General of ERSUMA through the following email: ersuma@ohada.org.

The training fees cover teaching tools and materials, coffee and lunch breaks during the training days. The trip, accommodation, dining fees and other expenses shall be borne by the participant.
