OHADA / ERSUMA / Certification training session on Judicial Review Techniques in civil and commercial matters, from February 18th to 22nd, 2019 in Porto-Novo
The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization in Africa of Business Law (OHADA), in partnership with the African Association of Francophone High Courts (AA-HJF), is organising, from February 18th to 22nd, 2019, a certification training session on the theme: “Judicial Review Techniques in civil and commercial matters”.
The objective of this session is to strengthen the capacity of trainees in order to improve the performance of the last level of judicial review in civil and commercial matters.
Venue: Porto-Novo at ERSUMA Headquarters (Benin)
Duration/dates: Five (05) days, from February 18th to 22nd, 2019
Target audience: Judges of national review courts and high courts; Judges of the Community high courts; Prosecutors and attorneys; Advisers and Personal assistants of judges; Personal assistants of high courts; Barristers; Magistrates; Trainee judges, Academics.

- Mr. César Apollinaire ONDO MVE, Senior Judge, Judge and President of the OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration;
- Prof. Joseph Fifamin DJOGBENOU, Senior lecturer of the Faculties of Law, President of the Constitutional Court of Benin, Lawyer at the Benin Bar;
- Mr Gilbert Comlan AHOUANDJINOU, Senior Judge, Doctor in Private Law and Criminal Sciences, Honorary President of the Judicial Chamber of the Supreme Court of Benin, Coordinator of the training of the trainee Judges at ENAM.

- Pay the training fees set up at the sum of FCFA 375,000.
A 10 % discount is granted for an organization or a company registration of at least three (03) participants.
Students and the PhD students willing to attend this training will benefit a 40 % discount on the training fees after justifying their status (a scanned copy of student registration certificate in support of the application). All applications shall be sent to the Director General of ERSUMA through the following email: ersuma@ohada.org.
The training fees cover teaching tools and materials, coffee and lunch breaks during the training days. The trip, accommodation, dining fees and other expenses shall be borne by the participant.
