ERSUMA Training sessions Lome, from December 10th to 14th, 2018
The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) sets up its last activities of the year 2018 in Lomé, Togo, from December 10th to 14th.
Certificate Training Course on the theme: “Practicing the judicial representative assignment during Collective proceedings for wiping off debts”.

- Monsieur Alix Romain MOUKIAMA, Magistrate. PhD in Private Law. Public Prosecutor of Brazaville Commercial Court;
- Monsieur Mouhamadou Lamine BA, Highest Magistrate, Senegal Commercial Court Chairman. Trainer at ERSUMA.

Date and Time: Tuesday, December 11th, 2018 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Fee: FCFA 50,000
ERSUMA Matinée - Conference's theme: “OHADA, 25 years later on”.
Trainer: Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Senior Law Lecturer.
Target Audience: Lawyers, Bailiffs, Corporate Lawyers, Company Executives, Managers, and Businessmen.
Date and Time: Wednesday, December 12th, 2018 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Venue: University of Lomé (Free Admission).
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
- Fill up and send back the registration form to the ERSUMA;
- Pay the training fees set up as follows:
- FCFA 450,000 for the training on Practicing judicial representative assignment
- FCFA 50,000 per Training Matinée
Students and the PhD students willing to attend this training will benefit a 40 % discount on the training fees after justifying their status (a scanned copy of student registration certificate in support of the application). All applications shall be sent to the Director General of ERSUMA through the following email: ersuma@ohada.org. The discount shall not be applied to the Training Matinée.
The training fees cover teaching tools and materials, coffee and lunch breaks during the training days. The trip, accommodation, dining fees and other expenses shall be borne by the participant.
