The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) organises, from 23 to 27 April 2018, a training session on the theme: “Trainers training on adult training methods”.

The purpose of this session is to ensure skills transfer and capacity building on adults training methods. It is essentially focussed on practical exercises allowing participants to acquire the skills of adult trainers.

These skills are essential for the proper management of capacity building needs and are a condition to be appointed as trainer at ERSUMA.

Venue: Headquarters of ERSUMA in Porto-Novo (Benin)
Duration/dates: five (05) days, from Monday 23 to Friday 27 April 2018

Target audience: researchers; judges; notaries; lawyers; chartered accountants; corporate advisers; bank advisers; insurance advisers; tax advisers; managers and administrators of companies; executives and trainers of employers organization; executives, director of studies and managers of public and private structures of professional training; officials of ministries in charge of supporting economic operators; PhD students; anyone interested in the adult training.

Trainers:

• Prof. Abdoullah CISSE, Law Lecturer, Full Professor of Private law; Lawyer at the Senegalese Bar;
• Mr Mathias ODJOUSSOU, Senior lecturer at University of Rennes 2; Lecturer at INJEPS of Abomey-Calavi University; Director of Passerelle Nord-Sud.

Registration requirements:

• Fill and send the registration form to ERSUMA;
• Pay the training costs fixed at 350.000 FCFA.

A discount of 10% will be granted to a group with three registrations from a company or an organization.

Students and postgraduates willing to attend the workshop will be given 40% discount on the training cost subject to proving their status by submitting an application to the Director General of ERSUMA at ersuma@ohada.org, with a scanned copy of the registration certificate.

The training costs shall cover the equipment and teaching materials, coffee breaks, and lunch during the training. Travel, accommodation and other restoration expenses shall be borne by participants. For further information on the proposed accomodation, kindly contact us.
