The CIArb's third and final international arbitration conference this year will take place in Paris, at Hotel Mariott Champs Elysees, on 7 - 8 December 2017

The conference will focus on “The Synergy and Divergence between Civil Law and Common Law in International Arbitration”, from both a European and American angle and will gather a wealth of highly respected speakers, including government representatives, parliamentarians, judges, arbitrators, senior practitioners and academics in Europe and the Americas.
The Paris event was preceded by Conferences on the same theme, held in Dubai on 8-9 March 2017 and in Johannesburg on 19-20 July 2017, focusing respectively on the Asia/MENA regions and on the African continent. The Paris conference will be the culmination of a year of reflection and debate on the topic of the common law/ civil law dichotomy in international arbitration. It will represent an opportunity to draw conclusions and make region-specific and general recommendations on how to bridge the gap between common and civil legal traditions in international arbitration, which will benefit not only CIArb's members but also the broader arbitration community.

vu la fréquence et la diversité des échanges commerciaux internationaux entre opérateurs économiques des différents pays du monde , et vu des conflits et des litiges qui en résultent de ces contrats internationaux , et vu de l'absence des dispositions juridiques codifiées du droit international des relations commerciales, et afin de mettre en place des règles internationales commerciales standards et pratiques pour régler ce genre de conflits et litiges d'une manière plus souple plus rapide et plus pratique et développer les bases ,les principes et les instruments juridique. et merci. comment faire pour y participer svp? et si possible obtenir une lettre d'invitation. je suis un ancien cadre dans le domaine du commerce extérieur en Algérie (expérience professionnelle te licence en droit et un master 2 de l'université de Perpignan France.
