The Executive Board of ERSUMA holds its 21st Ordinary Session

Under the chairmanship of Professor Dorothé C. SOSSA, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, the 21st Ordinary Session of the Executive Board of the Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) started this morning at Azalaï Hôtel de la Plage, Cotonou (Republic of Benin). For two days, the Executive Board members will deliberate on various issues touching on the life of the Institution such as the examination and adoption of the ERSUMA activity report for 2016 and 2017, examination and adoption of the report on the Work of the ordinary session of the School Board for 2017, presentation and adoption of the status of the various training and research actors at ERSUMA, examination of modalities on the organization and implementation of paid activities, adoption of the program of activities and draft budget of ERSUMA for 2018 and the presentation and adoption of the draft budget of ERSUMA for 2018.
The ongoing ordinary session of the Executive Board of ERSUMA is the first since the installation on 11 March 2017 of the new Director General of ERSUMA, Professor Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE.
The Permanent Secretary of OHADA thanks the Executive Board members for their effective presence at this important session.
