Hiring of an Auditor for the inancial years 2017 - 2018 - 2019
The Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) is launching the process of hiring a consulting firm for the auditing of its Institutions (Permanent Secretariat “SPO” - Common Court of Justice and Arbitration “CCJA” - Higher Regional School of Magistracy “ERSUMA”).
The objective of the mission is to carry out the auditing of the OHADA Institutions for the financial years 2017, 2018 and 2019, in accordance with international auditing standards and, in particular, to carry out due diligence both as regards the individual accounts of the Institutions and the combined accounts.
Auditing firms meeting the minimum requirements below may apply:
- At least ten (10) years of proven experience in auditing of International Organizations;
- At least two audits during the last six (6) years (certificates of performance, contracts, proof of experience etc.);
- Having a good knowledge of the OHADA environment.
For governance purposes, firms that have provided services to OHADA in this area over the past six (6) years are not permitted to bid.
