Professor Mayatta NDIAYE MBAYE was duly installed in his duties
In Porto-Novo, Benin, on March 11, 2017.
Appointed to head the Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) by the OHADA Council of Ministers at its session of January 26, 2017 in Brazzaville (Congo), Professor Mayatta NDIAYE MBAYE was duly installed on March 11, 2017 by His Excellency Cheick SAKO, Minister of State, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals of the Republic of Guinea and Chairperson-in-Office of the Council of Ministers of OHADA. The installation ceremony took place at ERSUMA in the presence of Professor Dorothé C. SOSSA, Permanent Secretary of OHADA.
On this occasion, the Permanent Secretary recalled the mission of ERSUMA as enshrined in the Treaty, as well as the main instruments governing the functioning of the Institution.
The Chairperson-in-Office of the Council of Ministers insisted on the requirements of good governance and respect for institutional hierarchy. He also urged the new Director General to transform ERSUMA into a center of excellence.
Professor Mayatta NDIAYE MBAYE was until his appointment as Head of ERSUMA, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Cheick Anta Diop University in Dakar. He will lead ERSUMA for the next four years.
