Handover Ceremony at ERSUMA

On July 5, 2016, the Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) hosted at its headquarters located in Porto-Novo, the capital city of the Republic of Benin a handover ceremony between Dr Felix ONANA ETOUNDI, the outgoing Director General of ERSUMA, and Dr. Médard Désiré BACKIDI, Director of Studies and Internships of ERSUMA recently appointed Interim Director General of the Institution. The ceremony, attended by the entire staff of the Institution, was chaired by Prof. Joseph DJOGBENOU, Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice and Legislation of Benin.

On this occasion, the outgoing Director General congratulated the newly appointed Institution Head and urged the staff to fully cooperate with him for the achievement of Institution goals.

The Interim Director General expressed gratitude to the OHADA authorities for the confidence bestowed upon him. He further reminded the important challenges faced by ERSUMA in implementing its missions and urged the staff to mobilize so as to further promote the Institution.

In his speech, the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice and Legislation of Benin invited the staff to learn lessons from past experiences and wished success to the Interim Director General. He further assured the audience of the full availability of the Benin Government under the leadership of H.E. Patrice TALON, President of the Republic of Benin, Head of State and Head of Government.
