OHADA and Banking - Publication in Recueil Dalloz
Within the framework of the 4th OHADA Days organised on 12 June 2015 by the OHADA Club of Bordeaux on the theme “OHADA and Banking”, the Recueil Dalloz publishes an interview with Maître Jacques-Brice MOMNOUGUI, Advocate of the Cameroon and Bordeaux Bars and President of the OHADA Club of Bordeaux.
The interviewee reviews the tools developed by OHADA for the development of its member States, access to credit, banking regulations in the geographical area of OHADA and their compliance with international banking regulations, or the fight against money laundering and terrorism financing.
