Alvarez award gets short shrift in Paris

UPDATED. The Court of Appeal in Paris has held that a partial award from 2011 is unenforceable in France on the ground that Canadian arbitrator Henri Alvarez QCfailed to fully disclose a conflict of interest in the Barbados-seated arbitration relating to Guadeloupe in the French West Indies.
