Conférence panafricaine sur le choix de la loi applicable aux contrats commerciaux internationaux
Le Centre de Recherche de Droit International Privé dans les Pays Emergents (Research Center for Private International Law in Emerging Countries) de l'Université de Johannesburg a organisé à Johannesburg le 4 octobre 2017 une conférence sur le thème de « l'autonomie de la volonté en droit international privé africain » (Party Autonomy in African Private International Law). A l'occasion de cette conférence, qui a réuni des experts de droit international privé commercial de plusieurs pays africains, M. Justin Monsenepwo LL.M. a présenté les règles de l'OHADA ainsi que de droit international privé commercial des Etats membres de l'OHADA qui organisent le choix de la loi applicable aux contrats commerciaux internationaux. On 4 October 2017, the Research Center for Private International Law in Emerging Countries held a conference in Johannesburg on the subject: “Party Autonomy in African Private International Law”. The speakers, from a wide variety of African countries, are predominantly authors and editors of the African section of a global commentary on the Hague Principles on Choice of Law in International Commercial Contracts. During the conference, Mr. Justin Monsenepwo LL.M. Eur. Presented the OHADA and the national commercial private international law rules on the choice of law in international commercial contracts.
