Proclamation des résultats de la sixième édition du Prix du meilleur écrit OHADA - Édition Prix MODI KOKO

20 novembre 2023 a été lancée la sixième édition du prix du meilleur écrit OHADA (PME-OHADA - Édition MODI KOKO) à l'initiative de la Société Internationale de Droit. La compétition a pour ambition d'inciter les chercheurs à participer à la pensée et à la systématisation du droit des affaires de l'OHADA. Par ailleurs, elle vise d'une part, à favoriser la recherche sur un droit constamment à l'épreuve d'enjeux nouveaux et d'autre part, à mettre en valeur des travaux de qualité.
